In the 1960s, Lancia was increasingly concerned about the problem of the growing number of cars in circulation and the consequent increase in road accidents. Lancia launched the “Cavalry” and published (servizio propaganda Lancia) the “Knights” manual of driving in traffic.

Every customer who purchased a Fulvia received the decalogue (commandments) of the “Lancista” and was automatically enrolled in the Club of Cavalieri.
